Affiliate Disclosure

GadgetPreview is reader-supported. When you buy through links on our site, we may earn an affiliate commission — at no extra cost to you. It never changes what we recommend.

How it works

Some links on this site — including the “Check price” buttons — are affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, the retailer pays us a small percentage of the sale. The price you pay is exactly the same as if you’d gone to the retailer directly.

Amazon Associates

As an Amazon Associate, GadgetPreview earns from qualifying purchases. Amazon and the Amazon logo are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.

What it doesn’t do

  • It doesn’t change our rankings. Picks are made on specs and test results first; the affiliate relationship comes after.
  • It doesn’t cost you anything. Commissions come out of the retailer’s margin, not your wallet.
  • It doesn’t buy a good review. Manufacturers can’t pay for placement, and a bad test result gets published regardless of affiliate status.

Why we disclose this

Because you should know exactly how the sites you trust make money. The FTC requires it, and we’d do it anyway. If you ever suspect a recommendation was influenced by a commission, tell us — that’s the fastest way to lose our trust, and we know it.
